Join Wine Steward, Diego Lascano on a wine journey around the world. Along the way, we will experience some of the world’s most iconic appellations as well as explore new, lesser-known treasures, and unexpected varietals. Each wine dinner will be sure to bring niche + interesting wines to Lewes. We hope you’ll join us!

Join us for an exclusive 5-course wine dinner as Chef Sean Corea, Diego Lascano, and Master Sommelier Larry O’Brien (of Jackson Family Wines) guide you on a culinary journey celebrating Australia’s finest wines.

Guests will enjoy wines from some of the world’s oldest winegrowing regions in Australia, including wines from Giant Steps, Hickinbotham and Yangarra Estate Vineyard.

The evening will begin with a sparkling reception at 6pm at our Oyster Bar, where Chef Sean, Diego, and Larry will greet guests. Please arrive promptly.
