About
About Us
In colonial America, the oyster house was a coastal gathering space for oysters and seafood for the upper working class. Our tavern recreates this casual experience based around the oyster itself – grilled, fire-roasted, raw, in cocktails, sidecars and towers– we aim to create a fun and educational atmosphere around this core item.
